Karen Michael, Founder & Principal of QConsul LLC, brings more than 30 years of transformation leadership across enterprise, public-sector, and mid-market environments. She connects business strategy, people, process, and technology, combining program and product leadership with hands-on experience building and governing agentic systems. Her focus is helping organizations turn AI strategy into governed delivery and measurable business value.
She holds an M.S. in Software Engineering and advanced Scrum Alliance credentials (CSP-SM, CSP-PO). She also holds EnterpriseClaw certification in Enterprise AI Agent Leadership and has completed ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer training.
